06 / Shared growth

Commercial scale with wider value

Growth that reaches beyond the farm gate.

The expansion model is designed to connect smallholder farmers, women and youth to a more organised rice value chain.

The planned outgrower programme combines inputs on credit, agronomic training, access to mechanisation and guaranteed off-take arrangements—with a target of 700 participating farmers and at least 40% women.
