02Fambul Rice is fully operational, with more than 1,000 hectares under current cultivation and an asset base designed for commercial field work.
The operating model connects seasonal planning, land preparation, direct seeding, crop care, harvesting and logistics. Each capability supports the company’s phased expansion toward 5,000 hectares over the long term.
Productive foundations
Field preparation and cultivation are organised around the needs of rice production, with expansion planned in phases. Five irrigation canals are included in the company’s MoU/Agreement with MAFS.
Commercial field power
The fleet includes tractors, excavators, bulldozers, loaders, harvesters, trucks, trailers, threshers and generators—supporting work from land preparation to field logistics.
Decision-grade technology
Drone spraying and direct-seeding capabilities help teams work across large areas with greater consistency. Varietal trials extend the evidence base for crop selection.
The season delivered
Combine harvesters, tractor support and field logistics allow Fambul Rice to move from mature crop to handling with commercial equipment already in operation.
The next value layer
The company plans a 50,000-tonne-per-year mill on a 2.5-hectare site, with a processing scope covering parboiling, drying, grading, packaging and warehousing.
