From an emerging agribusiness to a fully operational rice company.
Fambul Rice Ltd. was established and registered in 2025 with a clear proposition: apply commercial discipline, advanced technology and international operating standards to Sierra Leonean rice production.
Headquartered in Freetown and operating from Tormabum in Bonthe District, the company is developing an integrated model spanning production, mechanisation, farmer partnerships, future processing, packaging and distribution.
The company operates under a five-year MoU/Agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security and aligns its growth ambition with Sierra Leone’s food-security priorities.
